SNJ Today — Senate President Steve Sweeney took part in the grand opening for U.S. Renal Care Clinic’s new facility in Carneys Point, Salem County on Thursday night, November 30th.

“It’s so important that people have access to the care they need, when they need it, which is exactly what this U.S. Renal Care’s new center will provide,” said Senator Sweeney, in a statement released Friday morning, December 1st.

“This patient focus fits in perfectly with what we’re trying to achieve on the state level with patient-centered health-care providers like R-Health and Paladina Health.”

U.S. Renal Care is a nationwide healthcare organization with locations in 31 other states. It was founded in 2000 and serves more than 23,000 patients in 300 dialysis facilities across the United States.

U.S. Renal Care’s mission is to be the highest quality provider available to patients with chronic and acute renal disease.

The new clinic is located at 1 Collins Drive, Suite 105, Carneys Point, NJ 08069.

According to the release, “The facility will give patients a more comfortable setting when receiving their dialysis care. Patients will be able to sit in heated massage chairs, while also getting top of the line health-care treatment from up-to-date technology.”

“U.S. Renal Care already has a facility in New Jersey, and we welcome their new facility here in Carneys Point, which just goes to show that there is a need here, and this nationwide organization feels comfortable continuing to expand their business here,” said Sweeney.
