South Jersey Times – A mobile office representing State Senate President Steve Sweeney, Assembly Deputy Speaker John Burzichelli and Assemblywoman Celeste Riley will come to the borough’s public library on Wednesday.

The event will be hosted by the legislators’ staff members and focus on consumer, housing, and senior resources and programs. Residents can also learn more about the Temporary Relief for Utility Expenses (TRUE) Program, which offers qualifying low or middle-income households assistance with paying their utility bills.

“We welcome hearing from our constituents on legislation and other state issues, or to assist in communicating with state agencies and departments,” said Assemblywoman Riley in an announcement Monday. “We look forward to continuing our mobile office outreach initiative as a way to remain responsive to the needs and concerns of all of our residents.”

The mobile office will be at the Glassboro Public Library, 2 Center Street, on Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
