Daily Journal – Senate President Steve Sweeney, Assembly Deputy Speaker John J. Burzichelli and Assemblywoman Celeste M. Riley are encouraging New Jersey residents to learn about a new online option available to people looking to submit a new or renewal notary public application. The state Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services website has been updated with a link allowing residents to apply, provide the necessary payment fee, and forward the request straight to the office of their legislator for endorsement.
Residents should visit www.njportal.com/DOR/Notary to access the application online. A $5 surcharge will apply. For information, visit www.njlegdistrict3.com.
